If your current question has been answered to your satisfaction you can close it. You can close the question by pressing 'Close Question' button in the bottom right corner of the site. This is for better problem tracking.
If a question is being solved by our Experts and you have no time to proceed - log off from helpdesk but do not close the current question. You can come back to continue troubleshooting at your prime time!
After the problem is solved you can leave a feedback.
You can always find and access your closed question through your helpdesk menu as the records of all your conversations with the Experts are stored on our site.
